City of Owasso celebrates ‘topping out’ ceremony at new Public Works Facility

The City of Owasso on April 7 celebrated a “topping out” ceremony at its new Public Works Facility, under construction off of 116th Street just west of Owasso Sports Park. City officials and crews from Beck Design and Miller-Tippens Construction came together to sign their names on the last beam of the building’s frame before being placed.
