OSNI Coordinator Jerry Fowler handed certificate of appreciation for ongoing efforts

On April 10, Owasso Strong Neighborhood Initiative Coordinator Jerry Fowler was honored with a certificate of appreciation from Central Park Homeowners Association President Ora Williams.

Jerry's department has continued to serve and support different neighborhoods like Central Park through annual grants and improvement initiatives.

"I'm humbled and certainly honored," Jerry said of the award. "For them to recognize the benefit of what we've done from Strong Neighborhoods, I'm very grateful."
