Owasso City, Cherokee Nation leaders collaborate on tribal criminal cases

On April 23, Owasso city leaders held a joint meeting with members of the Cherokee Nation and Cherokee Nation Marshal Service to collaborate on the governance and law enforcement of tribal criminal cases.
